My work is about... connecting with members of the QUILTBAG community to grow emotional intelligence, positive psychology, VIA Character Strengths, and radical love.

A few past experiences...I have walked many paths. I was a professional opera singer and adjunct instructor of music, I am a published composer, I have started three nonprofit organizations (two in music and one in EQ), and I was the Artist Liaison at Houston Grand Opera and a Managerial Associate at IMG Artists. I was the Director of Continuous Improvement at a community healthcare organization in King County, WA. Presently, I facilitate EQ learning experiences through Six Seconds as a Senior Consultant.

One reason I’m personally passionate about well-being work is…. I love without hesitation, with no reservations. EQ has helped me feed that love and grow my own spark, allowing me to connect deeply and unabashedly with my authentic self and the people around me. Let's connect, let's love, let's grow!
